This site was originally created for family, friends and medical staff who have all cared for our son, so as to enable them to view photos, videos and check in on Jake’s progress.
We aim to continue the site in this way, but also to welcome others to our site, to share in Jake’s amazing story and to educate people in many of the issues, illnesses and problems that not only Jake has faced, but collectively as a family, and undoubtedly the many obstacles we will have to overcome in the future.
