Hi everyone, a quick update as to how Jake's cardiology appointment went. He has a happy, healthy heart, and doesn't need to go back for another year now, which is fabulous news. Well done Jake. He was also weighed and measured yesterday, he weighs 8.86kg, or 19lb 6oz (approx) and was 85cm in height (33inches). Speak again soon,

Hi everyone, hope you like Jake's new site. As Paul said its been a long time coming, but life events take over, and for those that haven't been in touch for a while, Jake became a big brother in October 08.
He loves having a brother and can't wait to see Luke every morning, its adorable.
We are off to cardiology today for our check up. Will keep you posted,
